We are at the half-way mark and we had our Training-of-Trainers session for Child Online Protection with ITU.
Educators, community members and Government agencies gathered to learn more about how to drive digital transformation and simultaneously ensuring that children are safeguarded amid all the technological advancements. Today, they are trainees, that we hope to work alongside in the future, in raising awareness in our communities and teaching our people, how they can protect our children online.
The Ministry appreciates the participation and insights shared by the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development through their presentation of the work they do for our young in our communities.
A Digital Samoa cannot be realised without the safeguarding of our children online.
