The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology selected 10 individuals from Samoa to participate in the esteemed Cybersecurity Analyst Program, generously sponsored by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australia.
This exclusive fellowship opportunity comprises eight esteemed representatives from MCIT (Ministry of Communications and Information Technology), one distinguished delegate from the National University of Samoa (NUS), and one esteemed member from the Ministry of Police. These representatives embarked on a transformative journey over the course of three weeks at the University of Newcastle, delving into new concepts, knowledge, and tools for the young and ambitious mindsets.
Upon their return, our representatives bring back invaluable knowledge, insights, and skills that will undoubtedly contribute to strengthening our nation’s cybersecurity landscape. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our delegates for their successful completion of the Cybersecurity Analyst Program and look forward to their continued contributions to safeguarding our digital infrastructure.
