The CERT NZ social media training session held on Tuesday, 2nd July, was an incredibly informative and engaging experience. Organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in collaboration with CERT NZ, this session was conducted in preparation for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2024. It served as an essential resource for key stakeholders involved in public engagement through social media.
The session was incredibly insightful, covering best practices for content creation and strategies to boost engagement. One of the things that stood out in this training was the level of expertise demonstrated by the trainers. They were knowledgeable, and approachable, and provided real-world examples that made the presentation material easy to understand and relevant. This training offered valuable tools and strategies to enhance our ministry’s social media presence, especially in the context of CHOGM 2024.
Special thanks to the representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Public Service Commission, Ministry of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (Savali Newspaper), and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Radio 2AP) for their valuable participation.
